Manicure Mondays-Orly Pure Porcelain
This is Pure Porcelain from Orly's Spring 2011 collection. I've been drawn to pastel colors more and more lately. This one is a bone color that leans lilac or pink, depending on the lighting. It is not as stark as white but can appear white from far away. The formula was a little thick but easy to work with. It took 2 coats to acheive opacity. This is with a base coat of CND Stickey base coat with no top coat. Please excuse the look of my fingers, I just applied cuticle oil to them. It wore for about 3 days before it chipped. I really liked the color as I felt it contrasted nicely with my skin tone.

I worse this one about 3 weeks ago myself. I found that it chipped a little bit faster than I expected (Nail Magic base and Seche Vite top coat. This week, I'm wearing Zoya Gemma and I love it! Zoya has become one of my favorite brands recently. The formula is so nice and the brush is the perfect size for my nal bed.
ReplyDeleteIt did chip a little fast for me also. I normally can wear polish for a minimum of 4 days. I too love Zoya polishes! They are excellent.
